All staff very friendly and helpful. Only issue was phone in room not plugged in and charged. We needed our luggage and had to use lobby phone to connect to front desk. Our room was for a party of 5 and only had towels for 4. Had to wait to get more towels. Housekeeping needs to improve. Dirty glass left on bathroom sink.

magical! but my expectations were too high, so i was a tad disappointed on the outdated rooms and cleanliness. Overall fantastic perks! will come back soon.

The room was exceptionally clean to begin with. Staff was cheerful & eager to help assist you. Housekeeping did an incredible job keeping the room clean every day when we returned. The grounds around the hotel were also pristine. Family friendly, fun environment, overall great experience
