About Haleakala Sunrise Tour (Breakfast Included)

Start your day on top of the world! Ascend by mini-coach to the summit area of the world's largest dormant volcano, Haleakala! Don't miss this once-on-a-lifetime experience to touch the sky! Round-trip hotel transportation & expert narration included. Ask for that early wake-up call! Be sure to dress in warm clothing as the temperature where we're going hovers around 20 degrees Fahrenheit. We're taking you on a 38-mile ascent to the summit area of Haleakala (admission included).

Come to the "house of the sun" where ancient Hawaiian myths tells how their demigod Maui lassoed the Sun. Rising over 10,000 feet above sea level, Haleakala is Maui´s, "house of the sun" in Hawaiian lore. Witness the breaking of a new day at the Haleakala Visitors Center at 9,740 feet elevation. Renowned for its raw beauty and unique scenery, join us as we discover Haleakala National Park, and enjoy a day that will delight and amaze you!

Breakfast will be at Cafe O'Lei at the Mill House. Locally and family owned, the Mill House provides an idyllic dining experience, situated at the old sugar mill amidst a peaceful country landscape. Three plated selections utilizing local, seasonal, fresh ingredients complimented by local beverages will be enjoyed after experiencing a beautiful sunrise atop majestic Haleakala.

Dress warmly for the summit of Haleakala. (Temperatures 20-40 F).We do not guarantee weather will permit viewing sunrise.
